Return & Refund Policy

At CSAW, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.


Returns
Eligibility: You may return items within 7 days of receiving your order.
Conditions: To be eligible for a return:
Item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags intact.
Process:
1. Email us at csawdrip@gmail.com
2. Mention your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason.
3. Once approved, you’ll receive details regarding the return pickup within 24-48 hours. 
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is damaged or incorrect.
• In case of a return, the shipping charges (both forward and return shipping, if applicable) will be deducted from the refund amount. The remaining balance will be refunded to the original payment method


Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
In case of COD orders, we will issue a refund as store credit or through UPI/Bank Transfer.


Exchanges
We offer exchanges only for size issues or defective items, subject to availability.
To exchange, follow the same process as returns and mention the new size required.


Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.
We’ll arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost.
