Return & Refund Policy
At CSAW, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns
• Eligibility: You may return items within 7 days of receiving your order.
• Conditions: To be eligible for a return:
• Item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags intact.
• Process:
1. Email us at csawdrip@gmail.com
2. Mention your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason.
3. Once approved, you’ll receive details regarding the return pickup within 24-48 hours.
• Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is damaged or incorrect.
• In case of a return, the shipping charges (both forward and return shipping, if applicable) will be deducted from the refund amount. The remaining balance will be refunded to the original payment method
Refunds
• Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
• In case of COD orders, we will issue a refund as store credit or through UPI/Bank Transfer.
Exchanges
• We offer exchanges only for size issues or defective items, subject to availability.
• To exchange, follow the same process as returns and mention the new size required.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
• If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.
• We’ll arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost.
